It's not always plain sailing...

Today's results reflect sailing into the wind, just kept getting pushed back. Hopefully the tide will turn and they'll be tailwinds tomorrow.

So all tipsters that had selections today lost! Each Way Value continues it's poor run of room of late, but that's the way it goes. I've become quite immune to losses nowadays, most likely because I'm used to the losing part of it and my subconsciousness understands that to make money long-term you must put up with the short-term losses. I still feel a very bad day but not to the extent that I used to and with time it'll just get easier, hopefully.

I have been studying trading further today, picked up some nice little tricks whilst following the back and laying in-play, certainly won't be following any low liquidity games. I was wondering how traders get around the delay of the live games. I know some don't even watch the TV but for the types of trades I'm planning to use I need a delay of maximum 2 seconds. I'll have a look around the forums and see what comes up.

So another weekend of football beckons and we've got League 1 downwards. I certainly feel that any bets I have on outsiders have a greater chance of coming in that from the top leagues. Saying that there have certainly been some inconsistent results throughout all English leagues since the beginning of the season. And I like it that way.

Until tomorrow,
