Kodagira v Tipsters

That was much the case today: all tipster selections losing and I made a profit. That's the importance of diversifying your portfolio, but the opposite can also happen: tipsters make a profit and you make a loss. Developing your own system is never easy and you can always turn to the professionals for help, I mean the tipsters who have a proven track record. I have sent them emails before looking for a little advice here and there and even though not all answers have been what I was looking for if you build up enough sources of information, including from forums, you'll start to become a wiser gambler.

Here are today's results:

I'm slowly but surely eating away at the deficit incurred from Bettor Logic's initial bets. Trading continues to prosper, but there is still so much to learn: getting in and out of the market without risking your capital and making a profit is such a challenge. But take today, after looking at Hercules' stats and them having a man sent off I Laid Villarreal at half-time but placed a saver bet on the Correct Score for Villarreal to win 3-2, just in case they made a comeback. The game finished 2-2, it's this type of research that can help and gave me a 40% ROI.

Mr Gekko Bets only selection for the day Sunderland should have won, Darren Bent had a shocker of a day... I don't understand why Asamoah Gyan didn't play from the start, especially when Bruce said "we can't keep relying on Darren Bent to score us goals" after the game.

So a small profit for the day, but could of been a lot worse.

Until tomorrow

  1. About Football Investor;
    do the odds drift like FE, i.e can you place the bets close to the games or do they have to be placed right away after getting em?

  2. Hi Sammie,
    If you get on quickly you can get better odds than those recommended by FI. As FI is now in SBC's Hall of Fame more people have joined thus putting the odds under greater pressure so they are quick to move, but you can still get reasonable odds after 15 minutes. I'm not sure how the odds look closer to the game.

    I hope that helps.
