Conclusion: certainly a lot more last minute losers than winner

I would have taken today's profit at the start of the day, but do you know that feeling when an outsider is winning 1-0 with only seconds to go and concedes a late equaliser? It feels like that today. A great day was spoiled by Coventry, Rushden & Diamonds and Vauxhall Motors conceding very late on.

Poor poor teams. Skeeve came in with a nice double, it would be nice to see the returns from the saver bets which I don't think are doing particularly well. The same goes for Pro Bandit who uses saver bets (Near Qualifiers as they're called) that aren't doing well. I have used saver bets for my own bits and bobs at times, and looking back at results they have worked every now and then but over the long-run have actually reduced profits.

It was good to see the horse racing services do well today, a lot of the profit was attributable to Irish Jugger winning in the 15:40. Four services had tipped the horse and thankfully it did the business. Strikeline had a second at 20/1 and a nice winner at 7/1. It's a service that requires patience but shows tidy profits over time. The difficulty is getting the staking right with this service as there are long losing runs.

It's Wednesday tomorrow meaning some more Champions League games. Barcelona deserved the win tonight but the referee robbed Arsenal when they were drawing. The sending off was a calamity, how could Van Persie have heard a whistle when 90,000+ fans are shouting and the referee was miles away??? Shocking decision, the referee epitomised home bias tonight.

Until tomorrow

  2. Hi David,

    The site is http://www.championsleaguebet.co.uk/index.html

You'll find the stats and arquive sections really useful, recommended selections come through on the same day the games are being played. One of the best for value tipsters out there in my opinion.

    Good luck!
