DIY

I've been talking about how fear and other bits n pieces can contribute to your gambling but do you think I ever put those things into practice? Of course not, that would be too much hard work. Well, the hard work will start now by getting back on the right track.

So, the Bettor Logic Bets had a terrible day, and all down to stupidity of not analysing potential risk and whether that potential risk was too much. The Trading was good though, after a couple of courses and one more to go my horse racing trading seems to be going in the right direction. I only played to £10 stakes so haven't put up any results: ROI was about 2% which is high for trading.

My Trading and Bettor Logic notes are pretty extensive now, I just hope they serve me well in the long-run.

I'm off to the DIY store tomorrow morning, I have a screw loose and need to get it sorted out... bleady frustrating day. I have cast into doubt the future of my betting by the mistakes I have made recently, something has to give, and that's any losses! I'll turn this around, I know I will, but I need to give myself a hell of a kick up the ass to stop making schoolboy errors.

I hope I don't make any schoolboy errors tomorrow during our Sunday League cup game, wouldn't want us to get knocked out of the cup. Thank goodness I don't play in defence!

I got a little lucky with Ladbrokes not placing one of my selections for Football Investor, hence the 8.5 PTS profit. On the other side of things I forgot to place the Football Elite Shortlist bets yesterday meaning I missed out on Stoke winning... what goes around comes around. Lately I've seen that I've still got a way to go before I'm a proper full-timer: both on the discipline side and organisation. I thought I was organised and I've come a hell of a way, but it still isn't enough, there are small things here and there that can contribute to freeing up time for researching.

I will not be continuing with the Johnny Bravo tennis bets for the time being, due to the high cost and relatively low number of bets that will be sent until the end of December. Some selections come through at midnight which is annoying, but the return has been ok so far. I will probably start it again just before the January tournaments start. In its place I'm now testing FormBet initially on a 7-day trial:

- FormBet - Abbreviation is FB in the table.

Take care, until tomorrow!
