Small stakes

Never stake large amounts of money on any tipsters you may be testing. I've been using a fair few lately and kept stakes to a minimum. Some tipsters have done well whilst others haven't. Take Herbie Fogg who has so far cost me around 20 PTS. If that were £100 a PT I would already be £2000 in the red. Although I've tried to focus on consistent tipsters you're extremely lucky if you join up just before a winning run starts.

Here are today's results:

Systematic Racing should come off the table tomorrow. Although it has been profitable over the 7-day trial I'd prefer to start following the service once the bad weather has subsided. The reason being is that I can see a lot of races being called off and horses withdrawn over the next few weeks. Form Bet continues its slump and Each Way Value was unlucky with two of the four selections finishing in fourth.

For the second day running it was the Trading that kept my head above water. Well, I still made a loss for the day so would have drowned.... I think I'm on a lucky run at the moment but have been choosing my trades very carefully, focussing on the under/over markets and correct scores. They'll be plenty of opportunities tomorrow but I must not go overboard with the profits, there's still 30 PTS worth of losses to claw back before making an overall profit. I'm more than happy though to take small gains.

That'll be it for today, until tomorrow
