Testing...

Paper trading is the best way to do any testing but it doesn't work for me, I have to use real money to understand the backing/laying, getting a feel for things and to see how the markets move. The problem is that testing is testing which usually means I lose money, but losing means I get traumatised a little meaning that I actually properly learn from what's going on. Therefore I study what happened and can make decisions based on the results... today the trading was a test and cost me a little money.

Here are today's results:

I corrected what I thought was a winner from the Linebacker service yesterday. I saw the New York Giants leading by something like 38 points but our selection was New York Jets, the bet losing by a nose! lol

The Bettor Logic Bets and Trading are now level pegging after deducting costs. I am not happy they're in the red but I feel they'll be going forward, gradually, if not then I'll have to reanalise what's going on and make a decision but for the forseeable future we'll be giving them a proper go at it. Johnny Bravo from Bet Advisor is doing better than I expected and we have four more selections place for tomorrow, fingers crossed. He does tend to go for outsiders at odds of greater than evens, and the strike rate is not bad at all.

One selection and one winner from Pro Bandit for a 1.65 PT profit taking our overall profit for the service to just over 16 PTS now, long may the upward trend continue!

Lots of midweek football so will have plenty to report back on tomorrow!

Until tomorrow
