Weekend should be 7 days long

I was really looking forward to the weekend and today showed just why I think that way. I really don't like money being sat in a bookie's account doing nothing and the weekend provides an opportunity to take the accounts down to £0. I mean, if the bookies gave us a small return for keeping money in their accounts I would be more than happy leaving some dosh with them. But, we don't have that luxury so deposits and withdrawals are part of the game.

Here are today's results:

If only I could get £100 per point on Skeeve's tips, but I can't and that's that! Good day though and we were so close with the over 2.5 goals. I would like to point out that since the beginning of the season the under/over bets have made an actual loss, as per my stakes, of -8.24PTS, something to consider going forward.

4 Pronged Attack has turned out to be my dark horse since joining. I was sceptical at first what with it being a SBC service but the risk has paid off, contributing with another 10PTS profit today. Mr Gekko Bets are having a poor start but a couple of selections were unlucky. On the other hand Football Investor had a winning start!

There aren't many professions that beat gambling for its volatility:

These are the results for the past 4 days. Would be the best rollercoaster ride going!!

You certainly have to be a certain type of person to be gambling..... thinking outside the box, hitting yourself over the head with a hammer? lol

Until tomorrow

  1. Hi Kodagira,

Who is stopping you from staking 100 pounds per point? If I can do it, I'm sure you can as well. I'm not talking about StanJames, BlueSquare, VictorChandler, BetFred and BoyleSports - I'm talking about Pinnacle, SBO, 188 and 12bet/Mansion88/IBC (Bet365, Ladbrokes and Will Hill can be quite useful as well). I'm surprised such an experienced, informed and well equiped punter such as yourself didn't find a way.

As for the over bets, we would've been at around +/-0 with those so far if only York scored their third today - and they had plenty of chances, I listened to the radio commentary. We're only seven weeks into the season, hold your horses. :)

    cheers,
    skeeve

  2. Hi Skeeve,

What I actually meant by the £100 per point is increasing my financial betting bank size so that I am allowed to stake £100 per point. As you know I subscribe to 13 services and there's only a certain amount of money in the pot to spread between the services. As it is I'm leveraging to 2 which is the maximum maximum I would recommend for anyone.

Over time I do expect to increase the financial betting banks for several services including your own, but one must be prudent and go one step at a time. More often than not indiscipline can lead to the equivalent of gambling bankruptcy. In an ideal world I would be staking £100 per point for your service, £150 per point for Equine Investments, £300 per point for Football Elite and so on... by the time I get to that stage though I hope to be living in Mallorca only a stones throw from the beach... lol

Regarding the under/over bets I just wanted to point it out. I am continually analysing all services.

    Thanks for the feedback!
